The selection of famous baritone arias featured on this CD is addressed to all opera lovers. The guiding principle in choosing the programme was to present works of diverse character, in terms both of period or compositional school and of their overall expressivity. This was the only possibility to give the soloist an opportunity to demonstrate the full technical and expressive range of his voice and to ensure listeners' full artistic satisfaction.
